Striking for Adults & Kids.

Flow is proud to now offer adults and kids Muay Thai. Also known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," it's a martial art and sport that originated in Thailand. Much like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, practicing Muay Thai offers a wide range of physical, mental, and social benefits.

Whether you're looking to add striking to your grappling journey, or simply want to learn the art of Muay Thai, Flow offers plans that work for everyone.

Coach Sam Martin comes from a long line of established striking gyms with highly regarded coaching. He brings that pedigree to the Flow mats — teaching the fundamentals first and building students up from day one.

8-Point Striking

The full eight-point striking system — fists, elbows, knees, and shins working together as one.

Defense & Evasion

Read your opponent and stay safe — blocking, parrying, and slipping strikes before they land.

Distance Management

Control the space between you and your opponent to set up offense and shut down theirs.

Angles & Footwork

Move with purpose — cutting angles and using footwork to create openings and stay elusive.
